Jelena Ječmenić has nearly 20 years of experience in the IT industry, beginning her career as a software developer, business analyst, and project manager. Before joining Endava, she spent most of her career at Comtrade Group, leading projects across the public and private sectors for both local and international clients.

Currently, she serves as Client Director for Public Sector projects at Endava. Previously, she held roles as Alliances and Channel Director and Delivery Director, overseeing multiple development centers with over 200 engineers. Her leadership experience also includes strategic roles in sales, marketing, and business integration, contributing during major acquisitions within organizations such as Coca-Cola and Comtrade.

Jelena holds an M.Sc. in Information Systems, is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and has completed the General Management Program at IEDC Bled, along with MBA in strategic management. She is a Supervisory Board member of the Project Management Institute (PMI) Slovenia Chapter and was recognized with the Woman in Tech Award in 2019 for her contributions to the industry.
